We have launched our monthly wine and cheese tasting series! Join us as we explore regional, varietal, vertical, horizontal and even eclectic comparisons of wines, hosted by Marcie Barker along with surprise guests now and then. Come learn about these unique and tasty wines, then order them directly from us at very special pricing that night!

Wine Down at the Bistro!

We are delighted to introduce to you our cruvinet—a wine service and storage system that provides you with a perfect glass of wine every time!

Our cruvinet is designed to accommodate 8 open bottles of wine attached to a spigot, stored at the perfect serving temperature. As wine is served, the liquid is displaced with nitrogen—a gas that will not interact with the wine, and in fact acts to preserve it as if the bottle was freshly opened for each glass.
