*Prices are for 5 hour room rental. Extension of time may be purchased for an additional charge. Hour of room rental are 7:00am through 12:00am. The Main Dining room seats up to 200 with space for our dance floor. Wall to wall windows let in natural light and guests will enjoy a beautiful view of the St. Joseph River and the magnificent golf course. High ceilings showcase nine elegant chandeliers. The Deck is located off the bar adjacent to the main dining room. It seats up to 125 and provides a beautiful location for an outdoor reception or party. The deck can also be rented in addition to the main dining room to provide more seating or mingling area for your guests. The Grill Room is perfect for rehearsal dinners and small casual affairs of up to 65. It is located on the lower level of the club house and also overlooks the river and golf course. The room provides an intimate setting for your event. Audio/ Visual: A screen and microphone are available for use at your event. You may bring in a DJ to provide the music and entertainment or provide your own music. Tableware: Berrien Hills has classic white tableware to coordinate with the design of your event. Dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and silverware are available. Tableware is included in the price of your catered meal. Linens: Berrien Hills has white, ivory, or black table cloths for 60” or 72” round tables. A variety of napkin colors are available to coordinate with the design of your event. Table coverings and napkins are included in the price of your catered meal. Bar Service: An onsite liquor license provides maximum flexibility and minimum stress. A beverage package can be purchased to cover all drink for a five hour event. A bar menu is available with specific beer, wine, and liquor options. Prices include bar glasses and bar tender fees.
